With a rich background in managing high-value, complex deals, Jolene has experience in closing many different types of commercial properties including urban development projects, industrial, office, airports, land trust expansions, new construction, retail, hospitality, mixed-use, multi-family, and land acquisitions. Her primary goal is to deliver accurate, comprehensive closing services with integrity and meticulous attention to detail. Known for her proactive, solutions-driven approach, Jolene is dedicated to ensuring that all parties involved are well-informed and positioned to navigate details and overcome challenges for a timely and successful closing.

Chicago Title’s Commercial Division in Portland piqued Jolene’s interest while she was working as a Commercial Escrow Officer in Idaho from 2002 to 2012. The opportunity to collaborate with a mutual client managing a large multi-state investment portfolio sparked her enthusiasm. In 2012, Jolene was thrilled to be able to return to the Eugene area ~ and in 2025 finally make the move to Portland and join the Chicago Title team.
As a native Oregonian, Jolene enjoys exploring the vibrant food and wine scene and the breathtaking outdoor landscapes that the state has to offer.
